ACN does adhere to that definition so the ACN Pyramid Scheme question is not valid.

The Federal Trade Commission describes a legal MLM as one that focuses on product/service sales, as well as sponsoring new distributors. ACN fills that necessary part. So, ACN is a legal opportunity. If you like the communications industry, this is a company you should research. Expect to find both excellent and terrible reviews, but you should find enough information to make an intelligent choice. Remember the best company for you is ultimately the one that you choose. Try not to flip from one program to another. It is truly not the best way to earn money in Network Marketing.
