One of the aspects of network marketing is duplication. Building your network of people and teaching them what you are doing. Your team members becoming successful while helping others to be successful.

What we as leaders need to focus on most is showing others the simple steps that we do each day to make financial freedom. We are not selling a product but sharing our product/service tale.

No need to worry about not getting a huge amount of people into your business. Thinking you need to know so many people, or wonder how you will ever meet others, to have enough friends to become successful. What the most vital thing is to focus on getting the ones that are ready for a change and to be able to have a business of their own.

Duplication is the largest thing in network marketing. Making friendships and relationships with others around you. You want to build a team straight away, keep it simple and show them what you are doing. If you can keep the process simple then other people on your team will be able to do what you are doing.

When you first start your business you want to act quick and get as many as you can straight away. Try to make a group of 25-30 people in your business that will get started and share the excitement as you do. Together you can learn the process, share your product/service and start your dream to financial freedom.

In your process you become a leader but then you need to be able to teach others to become leaders and then more members of your team are helping in the the process, the journey.Your not doing all the work alone, your making others to do what you do.

Teach your new leaders to honor others and to respect the differences in personalities, customs, beliefs, and individual styles. It is all about people skills and the relationships they build first and the product second, the importance of ongoing training and personal growth.

Show your appreciation towards others and give encouragement and gratitude to those who deserve and are working hard towards their goals. Look for opportunities to help each individual or each group that is looking to go forward and work hard at their success to come.

Help others get to where they want to be in their network marketing business and their strengths will carry over into your business. Your success grows when others strive to do their business with the help and strength coming from you as a leader.

Lead by example, stay positive, Provide inspiration and vision for your team. Do yourself what you want your team to do. Don’t let the challenges discourage you. Build towards your dreams.
