Know that no matter how well you apply the principles you taught, you will not succeed if you allow dread in your life.

Dread takes on many faces-worry being one of them. When we fret and constantly meditate on negative thoughts concerning money, we activate the law of attraction and will unfortunately find ourselves in the very situation we are frightened of.

In the Bible, we find this example with the well-known bearer of unfortunate incidents, Job. Job was honest and excellent; yet in a way he allowed these circumstances to happen because he entertained, indeed, constantly thought about things that frightened him. He said, “Behold, the thing I dread has come to visit me.”, and so it came to pass.

See, when we meditate on the lack of resources and worry about making money; then, what we dread will also come to visit us. The law of attraction will work but way you choose to direct it; whether it is in affirmative energy or dread.

How many people do we know of that have lived a life of frugality but never truly living? They may have money, but they certainly did not have financial freedom. They hoarded money because they were frightened to be poor; but they inevitably lived a lifestyle of a pauper anyway.

Let me tell you something else about dread, it grows when you allow yourself to be bombarded with negative and pessimistic news. To be any kind of success in the world, you must learn to stop taking stock of all the opinions of people around you and listen instead to the sure and silent voice within you.

In his book Reckon and Grow Rich, Napoleon Hill states that opinions are the cheapest commodities on earth, and they are. Everyone has some and they are only too willing to share it, regardless its validity. The quality of your life hinges on your choice on which voice you choose to heed.

Choose to listen to God’s voice above the din of the world and do not dread anything else. It gave success to a man like Napoleon Hill-it will give the same to anyone who wants it.
